Cancellation, Withdrawal & Refund Policy

1. In short

Fees paid to Ajansify are not refunded. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you paid for. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are reserved (see section 5).

2. Our policy

• Free trial: if you cancel before the 7-day trial ends, you are not charged. Trial Credits expire when the trial ends.
• Monthly plans: you can cancel at any time. You keep access until the end of the current month. There is no partial refund for the remaining days.
• Yearly plans: cancelling stops the renewal; the plan runs until the end of the paid year. There is no partial refund for the remaining months. If you are a consumer, a yearly plan does not renew for another year without your approval.
• Credits: plan, trial, reward and extra Credits have no cash value and are not refunded.
• Card verification: the small amount that may be charged or reserved to verify your card is refunded or released. How long this takes to show depends on your bank.

3. How to cancel

Go to the Subscription page in your Account and cancel. We confirm your cancellation by e-mail. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. How to withdraw or request a refund

Send a clear statement by e-mail to [email protected] from your account e-mail address, or use the withdrawal option in your Account where available. You may use the model withdrawal form in the Pre-Contract Information. We confirm receipt without delay. Refunds that are due are made to the payment method you used, within the statutory period.

5. Your statutory rights as a consumer

These rights do not apply if you use Ajansify for business purposes.

Turkey

• You have a 14-day right of withdrawal. It cannot be used once the service has started with your approval before the withdrawal period ends (Distance Contracts Regulation, Article 15(1)(ğ) and (h)). You can always cancel during the free trial without charge.
• You can terminate your subscription at any time without penalty. If you want the termination to take effect before the end of the current period, write to [email protected]; we carry it out within 7 days at the latest.
• Any amount that must be refunded to you under the Subscription Contracts Regulation is refunded within 15 days of termination without deduction.

European Union and United Kingdom

• You can withdraw within 14 days of the day your trial starts, without giving a reason.
• You pay only a proportionate amount for the paid days you used; trial days are free. We refund the rest within 14 days.

Brazil

• You can withdraw within 7 days of the first charge and receive a full refund of that charge (Consumer Protection Code, Article 49).

Other countries

• The mandatory consumer rights of your country of residence are not affected.

In all countries, your statutory rights if the service is defective or does not conform to the contract are also reserved.
