This policy explains how Ajansify ("Ajansify") uses cookies and similar technologies in our app at https://ajansify.app and on our promotional website ajansify.ai. General information about your personal data is in the Privacy Policy and, for users in Türkiye, in the KVKK Privacy Notice.
1. What cookies and local storage are
A cookie is a small text file that a website saves in your browser. Local storage (localStorage) also keeps information in your browser; the difference is that it is not sent to the server with every request. In this policy we call both "cookies". They are used to keep you signed in, remember your preferences and keep the service secure.

Today we use only strictly necessary cookies and local storage. We use no analytics or marketing tools. If we add an optional category in the future, we will update this policy, and that category will run only after you consent. The cookie window shows "Accept all", "Reject all" and "Preferences" buttons with equal prominence, and optional categories are off by default.
3. Cookies and local storage we use
All of the following are Ajansify's own (first-party) records, kept in your browser's local storage.

These records are not used to track you on other websites and have no advertising purpose.
4. Third-party resources
Some of our pages load resources from third-party servers. When they do, your browser connects to those servers.

Cloudflare security cookies and Turnstile are strictly necessary for the security of the service. For Google's own cookies, see Google's privacy policy.
5. Promotional website (ajansify.ai)
Our promotional website ajansify.ai uses no tracking cookies, analytics or advertising tools. Its fonts are served from our own server, so the promotional website does not connect to Google for fonts.
6. How to change your choices
- Cookie preferences link: use the "Cookie preferences" link at the bottom of our pages to change your choice or withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing is as easy as giving consent.
- Global Privacy Control (GPC): if your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a refusal of the optional categories (analytics and marketing).
- Browser settings: you can delete or block cookies and local storage in your browser settings. If you delete the strictly necessary records, you will be signed out and some features may not work.
7. How we keep your choice
We record your cookie choice: the categories you selected, the date and the version of this policy you saw. Your choice is valid for 12 months; after that we ask again. We also ask again if this policy changes in a way that affects the optional categories. We do not ask on every visit.
8. Legal basis
Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent. We use them to perform our contract with you and for our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure (KVKK art. 5/2-c and f; GDPR art. 6(1)(b) and (f)). We use optional cookies only with your consent (KVKK art. 5/1; GDPR art. 6(1)(a) and ePrivacy rules). Refusing consent does not stop you from using the service.
9. International transfers
Data sent to Cloudflare and Google may be processed in the United States and other countries. Transfers from Türkiye rely on standard contracts under article 9 KVKK. For users in the EU/EEA and the UK, we rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, and otherwise on Standard Contractual Clauses. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
