Этот документ пока недоступен на русском языке; показана английская версия.
1. Single point of contact
Authorities, the European Commission, the European Board for Digital Services and users can contact us about content on Ajansify at [email protected] (single point of contact under Articles 11 and 12 of the EU Digital Services Act). We accept messages in Turkish and English. Messages are answered by a person, not only by automated tools.
Turkish courts and authorities can also reach us at our registered electronic mail (KEP) address ajans,[email protected].
EU legal representative: We do not currently have a representative in the EU; you can contact us directly at [email protected].
2. How to report illegal content
Send your notice to [email protected] and include:
- the exact location of the content (for example the public link, or a description that lets us find it);
- a clear explanation of why you believe the content is illegal or breaks our AI & Acceptable Use Policy;
- your name and e-mail address (not required if your notice concerns child sexual abuse material);
- a statement that you believe in good faith that the information in your notice is accurate and complete.
3. What happens next
- We confirm receipt of your notice without undue delay.
- A person reviews it carefully and objectively, and without undue delay.
- We tell you our decision and the ways you can challenge it.
- If we remove or restrict content or an account, we send the affected user a statement of reasons explaining the measure, the facts, the ground for it and how to appeal.
We may stop handling notices from people who repeatedly send clearly unfounded notices.
4. Appeals
If you disagree with our decision, as the person who reported the content or as the affected user, reply to our message or write to [email protected] within 6 months. A person reviews your appeal and we tell you the outcome. Your right to go to court is not affected.
5. Requests under Turkish Law No. 5651
If you believe content on Ajansify violates your personal rights, you can ask us to remove it under Law No. 5651 by writing to [email protected]. We reply within the time limits set by that law. Decisions of criminal judgeships of peace and requests from competent authorities can be sent to ajans,[email protected] or [email protected], and are carried out within the statutory time.
6. Emergencies
If there is a threat to someone's life or safety, contact the police or emergency services first (112 in Turkey and the EU). If we become aware of information suggesting a criminal offence involving a threat to life or safety, we inform the competent authorities.
