AI & Acceptable Use Policy
1. Scope
This Policy explains what you may and may not do with Ajansify. It applies to everyone who uses the Service, including Team Members, and to all Customer Content, prompts and Outputs. It forms part of the Terms of Service, and terms defined there have the same meaning here.
You are responsible for what you upload, generate and publish. The AI follows your instructions; it does not check whether your content is lawful.
2. Prohibited content
Do not upload, generate, store, share or publish content that:
- is illegal in the country where you use or publish it;
- incites hatred, violence or discrimination against people because of their ethnic origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or similar characteristics;
- harasses, threatens, bullies or defames others;
- sexualises or exploits minors in any way; we report such content to the competent authorities;
- shows real people in intimate or sexual situations without their consent, including AI-generated intimate imagery;
- supports, glorifies or recruits for terrorism or violent extremism;
- infringes others' copyright, trademarks, designs, personality rights or trade secrets;
- contains malware, phishing or other harmful code or links;
- is spam, a scam, a pyramid scheme or another deceptive commercial practice;
- promotes illegal products or services, or advertises regulated products (such as alcohol, tobacco, gambling or medicines) in breach of the rules that apply to them.
3. Real people, faces, voices and deepfakes
The Service can create content that shows people, such as AI talking-person videos with lip-sync, avatars, mascots and voice-overs.
- Use a person's face, voice or name only with that person's explicit consent. If you use your own face or voice, see the KVKK Explicit Consent Form (Turkey) where it applies to you.
- Use images of children only with the consent of a parent or guardian and in line with the law.
- Do not impersonate anyone, and do not create content that falsely suggests a real person, company or authority said, did or endorsed something.
- Do not create misleading content about elections, political figures or public authorities, or content that could mislead people about real events.
- Do not use an AI copy of a real person to show them using or recommending a product.
4. Reviews and testimonials
- Do not generate fake or invented reviews, ratings or testimonials, and do not present AI-generated people as real customers. In the United States, the Federal Trade Commission's rule on consumer reviews and testimonials prohibits this; similar rules apply in other countries.
- Use only genuine reviews from real customers. In Turkey, a consumer review whose purchase has not been verified must not be used in ads.
- When you create posts from Google reviews, make sure you may use the reviewer's name and text, and follow Google's terms.
5. Labelling AI content
- Disclose AI-generated or manipulated content where the law requires it. Under Article 50(4) of the EU Artificial Intelligence Act, image, audio or video content that resembles real persons, objects, places or events and would falsely appear authentic must be clearly labelled as AI-generated or manipulated, at the latest when people first see it.
- Do not remove, alter or hide the machine-readable markers (such as metadata or watermarks) that we may add to show that content was generated with AI.
- Do not claim that AI-generated content was made by a person, or that it shows real events, if this is not true.
6. Advertising rules
When you use Outputs in ads or promotional content, follow the advertising law of each country where you publish. In Turkey, under the Regulation on Commercial Advertising and Unfair Commercial Practices (as amended with effect from 1 August 2026):
- if an ad uses an AI character that cannot be distinguished from a real person, this must be stated clearly;
- an AI copy of a real person must not be shown using or recommending a product;
- consumer reviews whose purchase has not been verified must not be used in ads;
- posts by social media influencers must carry a "Reklam" (Advertisement) or "Tanıtım" (Promotion) label.
Claims about prices, discounts, health, the environment and product features must be true and provable.
7. Personal data
- Upload personal data of others (customers, employees, people in photos, reviewers) only if you have a lawful basis and have informed them as the law requires.
- Do not upload special categories of personal data (such as health data, religion, political opinions, criminal records or biometric data used to identify people) unless the law clearly allows it and it is necessary for your content.
- Do not use the Service to identify people from photos or voices, or to profile or monitor individuals.
- Do not upload identity documents, payment card details or passwords as content.
8. Platform abuse
Do not:
- scrape or extract data from the Service by automated means, except through features we offer;
- reverse-engineer or decompile the Service, or try to extract our source code, prompts or models, except as mandatory law allows;
- bypass or try to bypass security measures, usage limits, Credit accounting or access controls;
- open several accounts or use false details to get more than one free trial or extra Credits, or abuse reward programmes;
- resell or share access to the Service without our written consent;
- overload the Service, disrupt other users, or test its vulnerabilities without our permission;
- use the Service or its Outputs to build a competing AI model or service.
9. Enforcement
We do not check all content in advance. Our AI providers' safety filters may automatically refuse some requests. Reports and decisions about accounts are reviewed by a person.
If we find, or are told about, content or behaviour that breaks this Policy or the law, we may take one or more of these measures, in proportion to the seriousness of the case:
- refuse a request, or remove or disable access to content;
- limit features or Credits;
- suspend or close the Account;
- inform the competent authorities where the law requires it, for example for child sexual abuse material or threats to life or safety.
Anyone can report illegal content or a breach of this Policy through our Report Content & Points of Contact page. We handle reports carefully, objectively and without undue delay.
When we take a measure against your content or Account, we send you a statement of reasons. It explains what we did, the facts, the ground in the law or in this Policy, and how you can appeal, unless the law prevents us from doing so.
10. Appeals
If you think a decision was wrong, reply to our notice or write to [email protected] within 6 months of the decision. A person reviews your appeal and we tell you the outcome. If we conclude that we were wrong, we reverse the measure without delay. Your right to go to court or to any other competent body is not affected.
