Pre-Contract Information

This form gives you the key information about your Ajansify subscription before you pay. It is provided under Turkey's Distance Contracts Regulation and EU and UK consumer law. Please read it before confirming your order.

2. Main characteristics of the service

Ajansify is a subscription web service that helps you create social media content with artificial intelligence: content plans, captions, images, videos, posters, menus, catalogues, corporate identity items, cover images, and ad copy and visuals. It includes a visual editor, file storage, and publishing through third-party tools that you connect. The Service does not publish ads on advertising platforms.

The features, limits and Credits of each Plan are shown on the plan page and in the order summary. AI operations use Credits. Details are in the Terms of Service.

Functionality and compatibility: the Service runs in current web browsers and needs an internet connection. Some features need an account with a third-party service (a publishing tool, cloud storage or Google Business Profile), which has its own terms.

3. Price and payment

• The order summary shows your Plan, the Billing Period (monthly or yearly), the total price for each Billing Period including all taxes, and the currency.
• You pay by card through our payment institution, İyzico. We do not store your card details.
• To verify your card, a small amount may be charged or reserved and is then refunded or released.
• Extra Credit packs and add-ons are charged only with your separate, explicit approval.

4. Free trial and first payment

• New customers get a 7-day free trial, once per person and business. A payment card is required.
• We send you a reminder before the trial ends.
• If you cancel before the trial ends, you pay nothing.
• If you do not cancel, your Plan starts automatically when the trial ends and the first payment is taken on the date and for the amount shown in the order summary.

5. Duration, renewal and cancellation

• Monthly Plans renew every month until you cancel.
• Yearly Plans renew every year until you cancel. If you are a consumer, a yearly Plan does not renew for another year without your approval, which we ask for before the year ends; without it, the subscription ends at the end of the year.
• You can cancel at any time on the Subscription page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current Billing Period. Fees for partly used periods and unused Credits are not refunded, without prejudice to your statutory rights.
• If you are a consumer in Turkey, you can terminate your subscription at any time without penalty. Your termination is carried out within 7 days at the latest.

6. Right of withdrawal (consumers only)

If you use Ajansify for business purposes, you have no statutory right of withdrawal.

Consumers in Turkey

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its conclusion without giving any reason. However, under Article 15(1)(ğ) and (h) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, there is no right of withdrawal for services performed instantly in electronic form, or for services whose performance starts with your approval before the withdrawal period ends.

Ajansify starts immediately with your approval, which you give at checkout. Once the service has started, you therefore cannot withdraw. You can still end the contract without paying anything by cancelling during the free trial.

Consumers in the EU and the United Kingdom

• You can withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period starts once, on the day the contract is concluded (the day your free trial starts).
• At checkout you ask for the service to start immediately. If you withdraw, you pay only a proportionate amount for the paid days you used until you told us of your withdrawal. Trial days are free. For example, if you withdraw on day 10, you pay only for days 8, 9 and 10.
• We refund all other amounts within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the same payment method, at no cost to you.

Consumers in other countries

The mandatory consumer rights of your country of residence (for example, the 7-day right of withdrawal in Brazil) are not affected.

7. How to withdraw or cancel

• To cancel: use the Subscription page in your Account.
• To withdraw: send us a clear statement by e-mail to [email protected] from your account e-mail address, or use the withdrawal option in your Account where available. You may use the model form below, but you do not have to.
• To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your statement before the withdrawal period ends. We confirm receipt without delay by e-mail.

Consumers in Turkey can apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee (Tüketici Hakem Heyeti) within the monetary limits set each year by the Ministry of Trade, and to the Consumer Court (Tüketici Mahkemesi) for disputes above these limits, at their place of residence or where the transaction took place. Before filing a case at the Consumer Court, applying to a mediator is mandatory where the law requires it.

Consumers in other countries can apply to the courts or consumer bodies of their country of residence where the law allows.

9. Confirmation and copy

Before you pay, you confirm that you have read this form. The contract is concluded when you confirm the order with its payment obligation at checkout.

After your order, we send this form and the Distance Subscription Agreement to your e-mail address. You can also view them in your Account at any time. We keep the records of your contract for at least 3 years.
