1. What this page covers
Ajansify ("Ajansify") works with service providers to deliver the service. These providers process personal data only on our instructions, under written contracts and confidentiality obligations.
- For your account, billing, security and communication data, we are the controller, and these providers process data on our behalf.
- For customer content (personal data in the content you upload and create), you are the controller, and these providers are our sub-processors under the Data Processing Agreement.
We use AI providers through their business (API) services and do not allow them to use your data to train their general models. See the Privacy Policy for details.
2. How we notify changes
- When we add or replace a provider, we update this page; the effective date and version are shown at the top.
- Before engaging a new sub-processor that will process customer content, we notify the account owner by e-mail or in the app at least 30 days in advance where possible. In urgent cases, such as security or service continuity, we notify as soon as possible.
- You can object on reasonable data protection grounds within the notice period by writing to [email protected]. The objection process is in section 8 of the Data Processing Agreement.

4. Services you connect
You choose the services below and connect them with your own account. They are not our sub-processors; we send data to them, or receive data from them, only on your instructions. Their own terms and privacy policies also apply to you. You can remove a connection at any time in Settings or in your account with that service.
