Marketing Communications Consent

This text asks for your consent so that we can send you marketing messages. It meets the requirements of Turkish Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and its regulation on commercial electronic messages, and the rules described in section 7.

1. Who sends the messages

Messages are sent under the Ajansify brand by Ajansify (MERSIS: 1234567890765432, address: Adres Adres Adres Adres Adres Adres).

2. Channels and content

• Channels: e-mail and SMS. We ask for consent at sign-up with a single box, not pre-ticked, that covers both channels; consent is recorded separately for each channel and you can opt out of each channel separately.
• In-app: if you consent, you may also see campaign announcements in the app. If you do not, we show no campaign messages in the app either.
• Content: campaigns, discounts, announcements, new features and similar promotional messages.

3. Consent is optional

Giving consent is optional and is not a condition of the service or of any purchase. You can use Ajansify without it. Service messages, such as invoices, security alerts, trial reminders and "your content is ready", are sent without consent and contain no advertising.

4. Unsubscribing and withdrawing consent

You can withdraw your consent at any time, free of charge:

• with the unsubscribe link or instructions in every message (the "unsubscribe" link in e-mails; in SMS, the opt-out method stated in the message, including replying STOP where offered);
• by writing to [email protected];
• in Türkiye, through the Commercial Electronic Message Management System (İYS).

We act on your request within 3 business days at the latest.

5. İYS and records

• For recipients in Türkiye, your consent is registered in İYS within 3 business days. We send no message based on a consent that is not registered in İYS.
• Records of your consents and refusals are kept for 3 years after the consent ends.

6. Your personal data

To send messages we process your name, e-mail address and phone number. Details are in the Privacy Policy and, for Türkiye, the KVKK Privacy Notice. Personalising messages based on your usage requires separate consent; in Türkiye, this is the KVKK Explicit Consent Form.

7. Additional information by region

• EU/EEA and United Kingdom: we send marketing only with your consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a) and the ePrivacy and PECR rules). You can withdraw consent and object to direct marketing at any time; withdrawal does not affect earlier messages.
• United States, e-mail: our e-mails identify us as the sender, include our postal address (Adres Adres Adres Adres Adres Adres) and an unsubscribe link, as required by the CAN-SPAM Act.
• United States, SMS: by opting in to SMS, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Ajansify at the number you provide. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel.
• Canada: we rely on your express consent under Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). Each message identifies us, gives our postal address and an e-mail or web contact, and includes an unsubscribe mechanism that works for at least 60 days after the message is sent.

8. Consent statement

Send me news and offers by e-mail and SMS: I agree to receive commercial electronic messages from Ajansify about campaigns, discounts, announcements and new features by e-mail and SMS.
